Districts of Bankura, Birbhum, Purba Bardhaman, Paschim Bardhaman and Purulia of West Bengal, India. District 322C3 consists of 90 Lions Clubs, 1 Leo clubs. 

In District 322C3 have 18 Eye Hospitals, 1 English Medium HS School, 1 Primary English Medium School, 4 Mother & Child Care Hospitals , 1 Flood Centre, 5 Poly Clinics, 5 Multi purpose service centres, 4 Vocational Training Centres many Vision clinics and several other projects. Working for Mother & Child Health Care, Drug Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Environmental Services, Tree plantation, Lions Quest, Thalassemia Awareness, Blood Donation campaigns, Care for Senior citizens & Poor children, Water conservation & Rain-water harvesting, Primary school health care, Ambulance services etc.
